Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can use our 7-day return policy.

How to Cancel

• Contact us via WhatsApp or Contact Form
• Provide your order details and reason for cancellation
• We will confirm the cancellation within 2 hours

Refund on Cancellation

• Full refund is processed within 3–5 business days
• Refund is credited to the original payment method
• No cancellation charges

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
